It is winter now!
It is winter now!
Bring your fire! they said. It was time to set the Bush on Fire again, and people from all over the globe arrived with good spirits and loving thoughts. For me it was my very first Bushfire festival ever, and I enjoyed my Sunday so much that next time I will need the whole weekend.
Since Bushfire traditionally ends the summer, I wish you a wonderful month of June and beginning of Swazi winter!
We had the priviledge to enjoy a fabulous and tasty Saturday today at Malkerns when Taste of Swaziland took place at House on Fire, it really felt like a nice warm up for approaching Bushfire festival. I was lucky enough to see so many interesting people, let me share 5 of my findings with you.
So much happiness, great bites and wines, such beautiful people.
Have a great weekend!
I am sooooo sorry I haven’t posted in ages. There’s just been too much new stuff going on and lack of internet access and so on. But here are a few photos I’ve snapped in between Jan and Feb. Enjoy! :*
Thank G it’s Friday! Happy colours and bold prints, that’s what this post is made of. Keep your head up high!
Fantastic new year 2017 to ya’ll!
Denim all over!

Kisses and more kisses to you all! :*
I had yet another awesome day in Mbabane, we have been given a new month, the last month of the year 2016. Also we only have another 20 days to go to my favourite family holiday!
Mbabane was hot, sunny and full of smiles. Gorgeous smiles, funky style ideas and brilliant details, that’s what this blog is about.
Yesterday I was on a quick trip to South-Africa and randomly saw this amazing looking couple, don’t they just look so great!
Have a great December!
Yeees, last week my mission was super successful! All these beautiful women, expressing themselves with choices of clothing, all with different stories and unique histories. During this Thursday afternoon first I popped into a shoe heaven because the lady with pink heels caught my attention. Then I visited my favourite book heaven to check up on the next member of my book shelf and found the lovely lady in blue/green dress. Then as I got out of the shop, I saw a soul mate of dress code walking by, in the black outfit with red details. So awesome! An then I haf to sit down for a cup of coffee just to take a breath.
Then I walked by the second soul mate of dress code, the gorgeous lady in black. Did you notice it’s pants she’s wearing! So cool and so stunning. I was so happy with all the pictures I had taken, I decided I’m satisfied now. Then I saw the lady in the red dress, and actually spoke with her for a good 15 minutes or so. She brings dresses from Zimbabwe, which are designed by her sister. So there we were, talking about dresses and sewing and travelling and all sorts.
And then I have this one bonus from the weekend, who stood out from the crowd and I just had to go after her.
Happy new week!
Yesterday I finally drove up the mountain to Mbabane again. It was a beautiful sunny day and people were looking great. I was feeling great, because it was my birthday, yay! So I found the girls (who actually reminded me of what you’d see on a normal summer day at home in Scandinavia, super cool), the laughing lady in orange and the neatly dressed, handsome guys.
On my way home I found the lady in green, and actually found out that she has her own clothing brand called Mjamase Clothing. So she has made that dress herself! I think that’s quite cool.
Have an inspiring weekend!
